Sales and Marketing Director Job Opening in Hillsborough, North carolina - Carillon Assisted Living , the premier company in North Carolina for building and operating assisted living facilities for the elderly is looking for a Sales and Marketing Director for our community in Hillsborough , NC (Durham/Chapel Hill Area). We are growing in leaps and bounds with twenty assisted living communities currently and more in the development pipeline.
As the Sales and Marketing Director for our Hillsborough community, you will use your sales skills to generate and follow up on leads, conduct tours of our facility, participate in our community events, give presentations and best of all develop great relationships with our residents and their families! Our Sales and Marketing Directors are goal-oriented and work hard to increase the census of our facilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Outstanding sales record with at least 2 -- 3 years of selling services
A passion for working with people and building life-long relationships
Minimum of high school education or GED
You are a goal setter and a closer
Ability to work 45-50 hours and some weekends
Prefer experience in healthcare sales, elder care services or the hospitality industry
Prefer computer savviness in CRM systems, i.e., Salesforce, ACT, etc..
