Job Summary
Inside Sales will focus on qualifying and generating new leads and then scheduling appointments with company decision makers for Outside Sales to meet with. The Inside Sales person will not be making the sale. Cold calls, door-to-door, social events, internet ads and leads groups, will be the primary sources along with vendor lead relationships. The Inside Sales person will also have a hand in determining how a new product or service should be built, priced, presented and marketed.

Job Responsibilities
Passionate about professional & company growth
Inside sales related training will be provided and must be completed
Attend special training of products and/or services to understand technical aspects of solutions
Provide great customer service so customers see you care greatly for their needs
Responsible for time , task management, customer follow up
Track activity, prepare and maintain records for sales leads and account status
Consistently demonstrates a professional, self-directed approach to job responsibilities
Maintains a good working relationship with the BCS staff and with clients
Need to take instructions well and learn more sales related skills
Traveling as needed to Bozeman and surrounding cities
Must be a reliable staff member and accountable for work and schedules
Manage your own schedule based on leads and BCS needs
Sales quotas must be reviewed and met
Required forwarding thinking of how to continue growth of company
Requirements & Experience
Minimum of 2-years sales industry work experience
Require reliable vehicle
A degree or equivalent qualification is recommended, but a proven background in business development may be sufficient
Need a strong track record of sales at a corporate level
Will need to have strong research and strategic analysis skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and can cold call potential clients with confidence
Excellent organizational skills are essential
Must be able to operate Microsoft Office, familiar with general CRM processes and associated programs
Must have a valid Montana driver?s license and hold a clean driving record
