Staff Accountant Job Opening in Charlottesville, Virginia - Local Charlottesville Company is seeking an experienced Staff Accountant with at least five years in the property management industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, thrive in a fast-paced environment, team player mentality, and positive attitude.
The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Accurate and timely preparation of monthly financial statements
Perform analytic procedures applied to financial data to general ledger account on a monthly schedule
Participate in Monthly Close
Prepare Reports
Prepare annual audit packages
Process payroll
Career Experience:
Preferred Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or other business related field.
Minimum of five years accounting experience.
Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting.
Solid communication skills ? both verbal and written.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
