Office Administrator Job Opening in Leesburg, Virginia - Our office is currently looking for an experienced Office Administrator. This position will play an integral role in the customer service and organizational strength of our company. The Office Administrator will provide administrative support, greet and direct visitors, answer and respond to calls and emails, as well as be readily available to take on various projects and tasks as needed.

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices.
Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents.
Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking.
Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for senior members of the company, as well as groups coming into the office.
Manage everything dealing with the office space including, but not limited to, conference room calendars, assigning access to office space, be in direct contact with landlords, housekeeping company if any issues should arise, ordering groceries and office supplies weekly to be delivered, incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, planning group outings for members of the office, planning birthday celebrations within the office.
Manage the company?s Travel Management Program to include, creating user logins, tracking travel, reconciling corporate credit account, resolving any issues that may arise with travel vendors and/or employee concerns.
Manage all shipping accounts.
Be available to assist our other locations with any office needs.
Arrange all catering needs for the office or small onsite groups.
Be an asset to assist all other departments with various duties as needed.

Skills:
2+ years? experience working in an office setting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent Microsoft Office and Excel skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
Customer-service oriented.
Able to complete administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
