Accounting Clerk Job Opening in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida - Our company is looking for an Accounting Clerk to assist in our day-to-day Accounting processes. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as good customer relations and the ability to communicate clearly. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, reliable and is committed to consistently meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Match invoice approvals with invoices.
Pay vendor invoices.
Enter cash receipts.
Process agent commission payments.
Coordinate weekly bank deposits.
Compile, distribute, and mail monthly agent invoices.
Ad Hoc requests, reports, etc.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Accounting Certificate or Degree preferred and/or
Two years proven work experience in Payables and Receivables.
Experience with data entry, record keeping, and computer operation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Proficiency in QuickBooks.
Willingness to learn.
Attention to detail.
Dependable and punctual.
