Have a Bachelor's degree
Have or be actively pursuing CPA licensure
Have 3 to 7 years of accounting experience
Have broad tax and accounting knowledge
Have experience in tax preparation for individual, corporate, partnership and fiduciary taxation
Have the ability to multi-task, remain organized and manage deadlines in a high client volume environment
Have excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills
