Enter revenue and expense information into QuickBooks on a daily basis
Prepare weekly payroll information to be process by ADP
Help owner prepare a quarterly financial package for small board meeting
Provide back up support for incoming phone calls with customers for scheduling and follow up purposes
Hande HR issues that arise occasionally
Requirements -
Excellent and flexible attitude
Good interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and contribute in multiple ways
Background in, and basic understanding of, accounting
Some work experience in accounting
Working knowledge of QuickBooks or similar program
Proficiency with MS Excel and Word
Job Type: Full-time
Required education:
High school or equivalent
