Accountant Job Opening in Colorado Springs, Colorado - Seeking a dynamic accountant that will be responsible for managing the books for 4 separate Limited Liability Companies representing different ownership structures for our commercial real estate investments.
The ideal candidate will have General Ledger experience, be familiar with CAM reconciliations, monthly billings and cash management.
We are a small commercial real estate company which lends this position to handling various accounting functions from high level financial reporting to payroll.
Yardi experience a plus.
