Parts & Warehouse Associate Job Opening in Denver, Colorado - Job Responsibilities:
Inventory Management/Control
Operate computer to track inventory and check stock levels, including ensuring all items are barcoded and stored according to company policy
Regularly analyze stock levels against par levels and monitor inventory aging then notify management of potential parts shortages or issues
Maintain clean and orderly work area, including parts and equipment storage area
Perform online research of parts and equipment for service technicians
Order parts and equipment from vendors based on availability and pricing
Receive incoming shipments and confirm accuracy
Parts
Coordinate with the Service Manager to ensure parts for internal jobs are available
Fill daily orders by picking, packing and shipping or delivering inventory
Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email or in person, send acknowledgment and provide shipping tracking to customers as needed
Track and process warranty claims
Systems Processing
Accurately record transactions in the designated system which may include accounting, field service and other system
Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
