Administrative Center Coordinator - Weight Loss Center Job Opening in Omaha, Nebraska - We are looking for fun loving individuals with outstanding organizational and communication skills, who can serve as the ?Face? of the front desk with a warm and encouraging welcome to everyone who walks through the door. Because of YOU, our clients will know they are valued and that their personal weight loss journey matters .
Maintain a welcoming atmosphere in the center. Organize and execute the daily tasks of the center including, but not limited to: Lead Management, Client Charting, Client Outreach, Inventory, Supplies, Client Photos. Be the ?right-hand? to the center manager by keeping the manager informed of any important information, trends, etc.

Job Description:
Monitor success stories and comments on Center?s Facebook page to ensure each Lead is followed-up with in a timely manner.
Manage appointment book, contact tracking and lead management
Put charts together after consultations (inform Manager if charting is not complete)
Mail cards out to clients
Manage Before / After photos
Ensure updated success stories are displayed in the center
Monitor emails and respond accordingly
Check Labrix website for DNA and Hormone test results
Coordinate parties for the center
Assist with ideas for themes for the center (each month)
Manage inventory:
Receiving Stock
Weekly Inventory Counts
Reporting any Damaged Stock
Assisting Executive Admin with Stock Orders
Researching missing stock
Coordinate paper order and maintain actual count of current supplies
File organization (Paper and Electronic)
Expense reimbursements and Debit Card reconciliation
Order office supplies
Manage promos and Metabucks
Job Requirements:
Customer Service Experience
Professional Appearance and Conduct
Exceptional Ability to Create a Positive and Uplifting Environment for Clients
Create welcoming atmosphere in the center (organization, tidiness, creativity)
Willingness to ?do what it takes? to succeed
Willingness to learn the procedures and policies of MRC to better understand the big picture of what we do
Ability to work effectively in a self-driven environment
Computer knowledge of Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and use of Email
We are looking for applicants who have a commitment to health and fitness, excellent communication skills, and can orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal.
