Position: Agency Sales Representative
Colonial Life has been an established leader in the area corporate employee benefits for nearly 80 years. Our agency has an immediate opening for a sales representative to join its national award winning team in Orlando, Florida.
The Agency Sales Representative position is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with business customers and employee benefits brokers by offering employee benefit platforms and enrollment solutions at our clients' place of business. The ideal candidate for this position is a positive, enthusiastic, career-minded and self-motivated individual with a proven record of professionalism and success in fast-paced environments. This person should work well in a team environment, but be equally at home prospecting and meeting with potential business partners at their location. The individual selected will receive comprehensive sales training along with dependable local, regional and national corporate support to grow his/her book of business and to realize the unlimited growth potential in the employee benefits industry and specifically with Colonial Life as a leader in the national market.
