Accountant Job Opening in Henrico, Virginia - Local CPA firm seeks a part-time accountant to work 4 days per week to independently manage client accounts by performing bookkeeping, payroll, and financial statement preparation. Tax preparation is required during tax season. Candidates must meet the following requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel and Microsoft Office
Experience with payroll preparation and submitting payroll taxes
Preparation of quarterly, monthly and annual payroll tax returns and filings
Tax preparation experience
At least one year of accounting or full charge bookkeeping experience
Accounting degree or associates degree preferred
