Maintaining books for multiple clients in various industries
Prepare monthly financial statements
Reconcile bank & credit card accounts
Process monthly sales taxes
Process clients payroll
Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual payroll returns
Prepare Individual & Corporate Income tax return
Day to day client interaction
Requirements
Understand cash & accrual basis accounting
Experience with Quick Books is required
Detail oriented, organized and excellent time management skills
Ability to interact with multiple clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic
