Hardware Test Engineer/Linux Job Opening in raleigh, North Carolina - Hardware Test Engineer/Linux Position: Hardware Test Technician Location: RTP, NC Duration: On-going contract Skills required: Intermediate to advanced installation and troubleshooting experience with the following Operating Systems: � Linux (Red Hat Enterprise and SuSE Linux Enterprise Server ) -- Windows based Operating Systems (2003, 2008) -- VMware 3x � Experience with network design, testing, and troubleshooting practices � Candidates should be comfortable with the complete hardware/software troubleshooting and debug process. � Candidates should be comfortable with the command line interface of the required operating systems above and be able to complete work assignments without the GUI if required. � Ability to define test processes and test various hardware/software combinations in a controlled environment.
