Job bioinformatics support to the various company programs. This person will support the �NextGen Biocomputing Support� project. The primary objective is to design and build an automated enterprise level bioinformatics pipeline to analyze and mine data from various strains of Influenza virus genome sequences generated from high-throughput sequencing technologies, which will aid researchers to identify new virulent strains with increased efficiency. Required Skills-Linux high performance computing clusters and experience loading scientific applications on Linux servers (preferably bioinformatics or bioscience applications).
