Complete Nutrition - Sales Job Opening in green bay, Wisconsin - Complete Nutrition - Sales JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for greeting customers, identifying their needs, generating sales, housekeeping, merchandising, cash register operations (POS) and loss prevention in adherence to all Company Policy/Store standards. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 1. Ensures that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of customer service. - Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge information, merchandise promotions, test merchandise and advertisements. - Adheres to all Company policies, procedures and practices including signing, pricing, and loss prevention. - Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers. - Communicates customer requests to management. 2. Assists in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping. - Assists in processing and replenishing merchandise; participates in receiving and monitoring floor stock; ensures re-wraps are done promptly. INTERNAL: Has daily contact with sales consultant. EXTERNAL: Has daily contact with customers. Has occasional contact with vendors, and suppliers. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: N/A BUDGET ACCOUNTABILITIES: N/A EDUCATION: High School or GED preferred. EXPERIENCE AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS - Ability to process through computer system and POS register system. - Ability to communicate with associates and guests. - Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation. - Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area. - Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store. EQUIPMENT USED IN THIS POSITION: POS System and cash register. PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Must be able to see, hear, speak, finger, grasp, walk, stand, bend, and sit. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work varied hours/days to oversee store operations. This position is not exposed to an adverse work environment.
