Account Executive/Architectural Sales Job Opening in New York, New york - Raydoor is looking for a salesperson who loves design? you don?t need to be trained as a designer, you just need to love this stuff and be great at helping others achieve their vision with our product. Looking for a person with energy and an eagerness to learn the art of interior space division from the company that pioneered the concept.
Responsibilities include:
Sales Generation:
Meet or exceed personal and company sales goals
Prospect for new business on a weekly basis utilizing company programs and tools
Use product information and design knowledge to show and explain merchandise features and benefits
Help customers in a courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested manner
Suggest additional items based on assessing customer needs
Close the sale, writing a quote and following up with customer
Enter customer orders according to company policy and procedure.
Product knowledge:
Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Raydoor products.
Demonstrate an enthusiasm for design, including designers and the design industry
Attend company meetings, share information amongst peers and utilize the web and catalog
Experience:
Previous experience or education in interior design or architecture preferred
Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to identify customer needs and problem solve, to understand and explain product features and benefits
Design Savvy
Attention to detail and outstanding problem-solving skills
Raydoor offers base salary + commission along with a full benefit package including medical, dental, and 401K
