Associate Business Development Manager/ Entry Sales Job Opening in New York, New york - Job DescriptionWe are seeking an enthusiastic, career minded, self-motivated individual to work in a business to business sales environment. Jobs duties include calling on hospitals, doctors offices, dental practices and other regulated institutions to generate client engagement and new revenue. The right candidate will bring to this position: strong organizational skills, identifying and creating efficiencies, relationship building skills, positioning skills, the ability to comprehend and retain new information, ability to solve problems in a high-paced environment. Essential Duties + Responsibilities
Outbound calling and responding to incoming leads - engage and consult with interested clients, develop rapport and gather information to enable you to propose appropriate solutions and win business
Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and performance metric goals
Develop strong understanding of ULG?s offered services and value proposition
Drive client engagement
Other duties as may be reasonably requested
Education, Experience + Skills
Excellent comprehension and communication (written & verbal) skills
Superior attention to detail
A background working with clients and/or in a client services role with heavy phone experience preferred
Desire to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
Ability to multi-task; must be able to juggle multiple projects and clients
Bachelor?s degree from a 4-year university is ideal
