Childcare Center Chef Job Opening in Omaha, Nebraska - Wonderful opportunity for anyone who loves to cook for kids, and lots of them! This staff member will be responsible for preparing breakfast, lunch, and two snacks daily M-F for a center capacity of roughly 150 children, ages 6 weeks to 12 years, and all that that entails. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to; cooking, accounting for a variety of child food allergies, kitchen area, grocery shopping, keeping to a budget, and preparing weekly menus.
Some experience preparing meals for large groups is a MUST for this position. Salary will be commensurate with experience level of candidate.
