Senior Staff Accountant Job Opening in Coupeville, Washington - POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Staff Accountant is responsible for the organization's accounting system including general books and ledgers, preparation of balance sheet account reconciliations, chart of accounts and reporting. Under supervision of the Controller, this position provides administrative and technical skills in the accounting department for budgeting, statutory reporting, departmental income statements and audit support.
Minimum eight (8) years of general accounting experience with two (2) years of accounting as a senior staff accountant or equivalent. One or more years of accounting healthcare experience preferred. Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent required; CPA preferred.
