Sales Professional Job Opening in Midland City, Alabama - Due to our strong customer demand, Midtown Motors is hiring. We are looking for a sales professional. We need the right person to assist customers with their purchases.
Midtown Motors is a family owned and operated Used Vehicle Dealership that has been in business for 37 years. You are treated like family and you will be expected to provide exceptional customer service in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
Previous Auto Sales experience is not required and we are looking for an intelligent person with a strong work ethic that we can train.
We require a Professional, well-groomed personal appearance with excellent work ethics. You need to have excellent communication skills, knowledge of basic computer functions and the ability to use them. You need to be able to work as part of a team, a High School diploma or equivalent is also required. You have to have the ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen. You must have a valid drivers license with an insurable record, be flexible to work in an indoor/outdoor environment, ability to walk or stand for long periods of time and be able to work in inclement weather.
Job duties include but are not limited to, meet and greet customers, determine each customers vehicle needs and wants by asking questions and listening, demonstrate vehicles, process paperwork associated with the sale and financing of vehicle, hands on closing of deal, clearly explain all aspects of a customers purchase while insuring 100% satisfaction, engage in business development as we strive for repeat and referral business, understand and comply with Federal, State and Local Regulations regarding sales and financing of vehicle.
