Due to rapid growth, we have several entry and mid-level positions for A+ professionals to join our growing team. These roles will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support within our URAC accredited Patient Support Call Center.

Desired qualifications for these roles include an Associates or Bachelor?s Degree (min. high school diploma), previous call center experience, or previous pharmacy or healthcare experience. Hours for these positions include rotating shifts Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. If you have the ability to provide high levels of customer service, we can provide you with the training to succeed as a Patient Care Coordinator.
