Optometric Assistant Job Opening in Paramus, New jersey - Our Optometry Practice is seeking a friendly, professional looking, quick learning individual to join our team. Applicants must possess skills in multitasking and multiple computer skills while interacting well within our team and provide excellent customer service. Main job requirements are scheduling appointments, verifying insurance coverage, training new contact lens wearers, and preliminary testing of patients for the doctor. The applicant must be able to explain paper work, insurance benefits, and office policies to patients in a quick efficient manner. Position is part time with opportunity for full time. Applicants in the healthcare field are preferred. However will be willing to train the right candidate. Hourly pay is also negotiable if the applicant has experience.
