Our team at Lucky?s Trailer Sales is currently looking for a Parts Sales Associate to keep up our level of commitment to customer service, we are willing to train the right enthusiastic person. In this role, the successful candidate should have trailer and truck parts knowledge, a record of building customer loyalty and the ability to thrive in a team atmosphere. Be friendly, professional and efficient when working with all customers, either in person or over the phone. Strong computer and communication skills required. Paccar parts training provided. Some of the responsibilities for this position are listed below, * Providing parts support to the service department
*Meet/greet customers in person or on phone in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner providing price quotes and other information.
Assisting walk-in parts customers
*Ensure appropriate parts are obtained for required vehicle repairs, Informs customers of companion part requirements.
Utilizing OEM software to locate and price parts
*Maintain documentation, including PO, invoices, work orders, reports, etc
Scheduling parts pick-up and deliveries
*Take ownership and accept accountability for delivering outstanding service levels
Lift and move objects that may exceed 50 lbs. We are willing to train the right enthusiastic person.
