Key Responsibilities:
Act as an outside insurance agent selling property, casualty, commercial lines, life, and other insurance products, and providing excellent customer service.
Open your own office and build your own personal brand in the community.
Cross-sell other company products.
Maintain and grow business through aggressive product sales, up-selling, and renewals.
Provide post-sale customer service and resolve escalated service issues.
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years? experience in sales, insurance or business ownership.
Possess or be willing to obtain state property and casualty insurance license prior to start date.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Prefer prior experience in financial or insurance product sales (life, property and casualty, other).
