As a Sales Manager for Lithia, you will manage the activities of all sales staff ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved. This individual will be responsible for training, cross-training, and development of all sales staff.
Job Requirements
Drive sales!!!
Train and build a strong, high performing sales staff
Monitor the performance of your sales staff daily, while identifying development needs and providing high-level coaching and mentoring
Maintain excellent customer satisfaction scores in sales
Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
Assist sales representatives with customers when needed in order to ensure sale of vehicle
Recruit and maintain a high-caliber staff
Hold frequent sales training meeting
Ensure policies/procedures are followed
