Responsibilities of the Retail Sales Associate include:
- Working the sales floor during peak traffic hours
- Taking orders and keying them into the system
- Answering phone calls and following up on orders
- Working with our office staff to assist in special projects and problem solving
- Store opening, closing and cleaning up the store after the business day
- Clerical work such as filing
- Overall customer service
The position is full time and reports directly to the store manager.
Some flexibility to work Saturdays and major holidays is required as this is peak traffic time for our store.
At least 2 years? experience working premium/specialty retail or customer service experience.
Experience working with furniture or merchandizing is a plus but not required.
$45-$50K/year ($14/hour plus commission)
