Specialty Pharmacy Sales Representative Job Opening in Brooklyn, New york - I am a Talent Acquisition Manager with CSI Specialty Group, we are a Talent Acquisition and Consulting firm focused on bio-pharma and healthcare.
I have a permanent opportunity for a Specialty Pharmacy Sales Professional with an exciting and definitely innovative Specialty Pharmacy in Brooklyn, NY.
In this role, we look to you to:
Develop, organize and implement sales objectives, strategy and activity within budget guidelines.
Work with the Executive team to develop and execute the company?s sales and marketing strategy and create a territory business tactical plan to maximize opportunity.
Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
Responsible for running the business by analyzing account sales data and creating territory tactical plans and providing solutions to grow the business.
Identify opportunities for business development and territory expansion.
We need you to possess:
Bachelor?s degree in a health related or business field or equivalent experience
4 years? sales experience, with 2 years in Specialty Pharmacy, Home Health, Managed Care, Biologics/Biotech, Pharmaceutical and/or Hospital
Excellent Customer Service skills
Ability to identify new opportunities and develop business plans
Strong professional relationships with hospitals, clinics, and physicians? offices.
Highly motivated with excellent team building skills
Microsoft Suite ? ability to do presentations
Ability to travel up to 75%
