Inside Sales/Appointment Setter Job Opening in Cranston, Rhode island - We are looking to expand our team as our company continues to grow the marketing function of our business. The appointment setter?s goal is to generate leads and set qualified appointments for our field sales representatives. The ideal candidate has excellent verbal and written skills, and has the ability to work individually and as part of a team. A person who is engaged to support the sales function of in their work which includes making first contact with prospective customers utilizing professional telephone skills. Duties included but not limited to:
* Prior setting experience preferred (business to business)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent telephone skills
* The ability to work both independently and in a team environment
* Following up with potential customers using our database call back system
* Answering questions of potential customers and explaining the different services we offer
* Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook and data entry
Monday - Friday 8:30am to 3:00pm
