Accounts Receivable Specialist Job Opening in Londonderry, New hampshire - We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist in Londonderry, NH. The ideal candidate will work well independently and as part of a team. The candidate must be able to complete work in an accurate and timely manner with an emphasis continuous improvement of A/R processes. Three years of direct AR experience and a minimum of an Associate?s degree in business/accounting is preferred. SAP software experience is helpful but not required. The ability to learn new software applications is a must, along with Microsoft Office proficiency.
Responsibilities:
Complete daily deposits including processing of credit card payments.
Generate monthly and weekly billings.
Post payments received for multiple entities.
Produce an accurate, timely and complete AR aging.
Monitor delinquent account status and take appropriate actions to collect balances.
Coordinate efforts with Accounts Executives to insure effective collection of accounts while facilitating enhancement of revenue.
Prepare and distribute reports to assist management in assessing AR and cash flow status.
Maintain organization of all AR files and documentation.
