Quality Manager Job Opening in Hudson, New hampshire - C&M Machine Products offers cnc swiss machining, cnc lathe machining, and sustainability in part fabrication. Major Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain company core metrics
Help drive the strategic vision of C&M Machine Products
Interface with customers on any issues or questions they may have
Communicate quality issues and/or concerns within the organization
Non Conformance Reports
Manage ISO and AS9100 certification process
Manage Customer Specific quality requirements and communicate with Quality Lead
Lead Management Review Process for the Quality Department
Interface with Vendors when issues or questions arise
Issue RMA?s when necessary
Conduct MRB Disposition with the help of the Production Manager
Work with Purchasing to negotiate Vendor credits
Delegate the calibration of all tools and gauges with the help of the Tool Room Employees
Fill out deviation requests where applicable
Conduct Root Cause Analysis for issues that warrant it
Lead Corrective Action team
Aid in customer Audits
Maintain quality standards and record results
Ensure compliance with all associated quality procedures, control plans and quality management system requirements
Communicate accurately and honestly in an open, candid, and respectful manner at all times
Act as a mentor for all inspection and manufacturing personnel
Skills / Qualifications:
Skills
Good verbal and written skills
Demonstrate good Managerial and Leadership skills
Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings
Strong knowledge of all inspection equipment
Ability to use sampling plans to establish product acceptance in line with customer specifications
Must demonstrate great attention to detail
Must be able to work independently
Qualifications
Background in manufacturing or inspection of precision machined parts with tight tolerances
Knowledge of advanced shop math
Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100
Certified Internal Auditor preferred
At least 10 years of Managerial experience
Knowledgeable with the use of all inspection equipment
Proficiently review contracts, purchase orders, drawings, routings, shop instructions and other planning for quality requirements
Ability to ensure compliance with all associated quality procedures, control plans and quality management system requirements
Ability to identify and segregate nonconforming material to be properly documented and recorded
Proficient use of UniPoint Quality system (or similar system)
Proficient use of JobBoss ERP System (or similar system)
