Job Purpose: Ensure that customer orders are entered efficiently to maintain excellent customer relationships.
Essential Job Results:
Processes Sales Orders ? by reviewing the customer order and entering it in Stafast?s computer system. The review will include past customer usage, pricing, delivery, credit terms and other items important to maintain excellent customer relationships.
Services Existing Customers ? by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
Prospect and Develop New Customers ? by contacting and qualifying accounts and leads from various external and internal sources.
Resolves Customers Complaints ? by investigating problems; developing solutions; and making recommendations to management.
Maintains Company, Professional and Technical Knowledge ? by understanding and continuing to enhance their knowledge of the company and the industry, products, and applications.
Contributes to Team Effort ? by striving for excellence in quality by following applicable procedures and work instructions. Displaying positive attitude and ability to communicate effectively. Performing other related duties as requested.
