Job Purpose:
The sales and marketing manager ensures that all products and services are communicated properly to our target market. This position is responsible for both the reputation of the company and the sales of our products and services. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking with creativity to produce new content. In addition to being a strategic thinker, the sales and marketing manager will be required to be an individual contributor to the execution of team tasks. This position plays a key role in supporting a fast-paced environment to ensure healthy growth.

Duties and responsibilities:
Managing a team consisting of social media marketing specialists, video production, web developers, writers, & graphic designers
Community and charity engagement
Developing website content
Tracking sales goals
Conducting market research for new and existing products
Data analysis to determine the impact of marketing campaigns
Google Adwords management
Online reputation management
Developing strategic marketing plans
Directing creativity towards branding while maintaining brand consistency
Design print ads and publications ? Managing online forum sponsorship and activity
Miscellaneous duties as needed
Required qualifications include:
Minimum of 5 years e-commerce sales and marketing experience
Fast learner - Since no prior electronics repair experience is required, there is a steep learning curve that must be overcome quickly for success. The sales and marketing manager must be technically inclined to be able to learn how to identify new products and services that align with our core competencies. A strong understanding of our services is required not only to publish technical content, but also to offer technical assistance on public forums.
Individual contributor ? To be successful in this role, the sales and marketing manager must be willing to play an individual role in the team and make direct contributions to the execution of team goals.

Working conditions:
Circuit Board Medics was founded on a 1 day turnaround for standard repairs. This nurtures a fast-paced environment that requires a strong sense of urgency. The typical workday is 8:00AM - 5:00PM with a break for lunch. The daily responsibility of the marketing team is to ensure that all projects are completed timely, which means staying after 5:00PM some days. Physical requirements On the job training for technical knowledge requires a medium to high level of manual dexterity. The sales and marketing manager should be able to lift 50 lbs. Direct reports The marketing team will consist of social media marketing specialists, video production, web developers, writers, & graphic designers.
