Job Description:
Our offices in Syracuse and/or New York City are looking for a self?driven, autonomous and ambitious individual with the ability and willingness to grow a new product at Bankers Healthcare Group. This product is focused around patient financing so you will be working with medical practices to onboard our program and maintain client relationships. You will be following up on inbound leads reaching out to clients to cross-sell our patient financing program. It will take organizational skills, an aggressive sales focus, initiative, as well as a firm grasp on sales and customer in order to be successful.
About the Job:
Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients
Strong phone skills, including ability to follow up and create relationships with clients over the phone
Excellent communication and presentations skills with top-notch customer service approach
Document activity using our CRM.
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from phone and field activity
Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
Follow all sales processes and procedures put in place by sales management team
Follow up on all clients that you have brought on to make sure that they are upholding to the volume and expectations we had for them
Take initiative and have an aggressive sale focus and ability
Requirements:
Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent work experience
Strong skills needed to build rapport with clients quickly and professionally
skills are essential
1 to 2 years of sales experience (inside phone/intangibles preferred) along with a track record of success as a closer and achieving goals and quotas
Thrive on energy, passion and the desire to work in a fast-paced environment
A background or knowledge in the medical field in regards to patient financing would be helpful, preferred but not required
Must be willing to learn, be coachable and want to make money
