INCOME: Consultant $30k - $50k (Hourly + Commissions + Performance Based Bonuses)
Manager $50k - $75k (Base + Commissions + Performance Based Bonuses)

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Weight Loss Consultant/Manager Trainee requirements:
5 years of Experience in Management and/or Sales
Customer Service Experience
Professional Appearance & Conduct
Ability to Meet & Exceed Sales & Service Goals
Exceptional Ability to Create a Positive & Uplifting Environment for Clients
Willingness to "do what it takes" to succeed
Competitive Drive for Results in Sales & Service
Ability to work effectively in a self-driven environment
Ability to coach and train team of sales & service consultants to high standard of excellence.
Computer knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and Use of Email
Our Consultant / Manager Trainee will help ensure client?s weight loss success includes maintaining a level of customer service that generates revenue through sales and leads to center growth through client referrals and a positive community reputation. Manager must possess ability to hire, train coach and mentor sales and service team to achieve organizational revenue and profitability expectations.
