Payroll Assistant Job Opening in Kansas City, Missouri - A Kansas City firm is seeking a Payroll Assistant to add to their growing staff.
The Payroll Coordinator position will be responsible for a variety of payroll duties that include:
Processing payroll in an accurate and timely manner,
Follow up with any payroll discrepancies
Create payroll schedule
Process payroll adjustments
Maintenance of payroll employee files
Process taxes and garnishments
Other accounting needs as assigned.
Job Requirements:
3+ years payroll processing experience
Experience with processing garnishments and taxes
Strong organizational and communication skills
Strong Microsoft Office experience
