Job entails daily financial management, board reporting, budget management and analysis, working with all employees to ensure success in financial matters of each department, and an understanding of grant reporting. Handle job postings, resume review, hiring and onboarding of employees, employee counseling and job satisfaction. Work with the CEO to ensure all employees are satisfied with their jobs, and feel successful. Sense of humor is a "plus".
