Business Services Support Representative Job Opening in Mobile, Alabama - TruBridge, a wholly owned subsidiary of CPSI, a Mobile, Alabama based national healthcare systems provider, is seeking experienced support representatives. Support Representatives are responsible for managing revenue cycle functions for hospitals and clinics using TruBridge services. They work closely with TruBridge management and C-level hospital employees to oversee the revenue cycle teams that manage accounts, communicate with insurance companies, provide collections, cash posting, billing transactions with clients, and report creation. The Support Representative works closely with TruBridge management to help ensure that these areas run smoothly and communicates with hospital staff regularly.
This position requires minimal site travel ? up to 3% annually. Candidates must be detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skills.
Essential Functions
Determines the best method to resolve problems ensuring customer satisfaction
Coordinates problem resolution with appropriate departments and Insurance payers
Identifies the appropriate resources necessary for a successful project outcomes
Responds accurately, promptly, and professionally to all inquiries from internal employees and external customers.
Provides excellent customer service
Exercises excellent time management skills

Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience
