Information Systems Technology Analyst Job Opening in Mobile, Alabama - Information Systems Technology Analyst
Ball HealthCare Services, Inc., is currently seeking an Information Systems Technology Analyst for the Corporate Mobile office. The individual serving in this position is directly responsible to the Director of Information Systems; assisting the Director in successfully fulfilling the day-to-day duties of the systems of the Company in accordance with established policies, procedures and HIPAA guidelines and standards relating to long-term care operations.
This position, under minimal supervision, mainly provides on-site, remote and telephone technical support for corporate data networking, telecommunication systems, computers, and other technologies.
Qualifications:
Must have a High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor?s or Associate?s/Technical degree or two to five years of relevant hands-on information technology support experience
Experience in tier one helpdesk management
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Outlook and other software as needed
Must have working knowledge and experience in the use of Windows 7, 8 and 10;
Windows Server 2008, 2012; Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Management
Citrix/Terminal Server knowledge
Working knowledge of active directory group policy maintenance
Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange; Patch Management; advanced printer/peripheral device troubleshooting
Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP; documentation and inventory
Must possess good communication skills and the ability to interact with staff, clients and vendors
Travel may be required to other company facilities
Must be able to work effectively with little or no daily supervision.
A+, MSCE, VMWare, CCNA certifications are a plus
