Qualifications:
Must be a currently Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in good standing in the state of Alabama
3-5 years of long-term care administrator experience
Focused on quality of resident care
Comprehensive understanding of financial management of a healthcare facility
Strong census development emphasis
Effective leader with good employee and people relations skills that possesses the ability to actively communicate to the residents, staff, and community
