ASME Code Fitter/Fabricator Job Opening in Mobile, Alabama - Mitternight, Inc. a Local Fabricator, is seeking experienced Fitters for its facility located in Satsuma, AL.
Fitter/Fabricator:
Knowledge in the following areas: Shop health & Safety, the ability to read and understand Blueprints, acetylene torches & cutting equipment, plasma arc torches, tack welding: (T.I.G., M.I.G., Stick), Vessel layout, basic math, the operation of the sheer break, press break, angle rolls, small drill press, friction saw, bank saws, steam cleaner, misc. power tools (both air and electric), and the use of overhead cranes & light rigging. A Mechanic should have enough job knowledge and experience to do his work efficiently, with quality, without compromising safety.
Experience working with ASME Code Pressure Vessels or Heat Exchangers is a plus.
