Feature writing/PR internship Job Opening in houston, Texas - Feature writing/PR internship The Greater Houston Convention and Visitors Bureau Marketing Department is seeking interns for summer . This is a writing-intense internship opportunity, focused largely on producing feature stories and listings for our multiple websites. The intern may also be engaged to help with press releases and PR pitching for upcoming events, conventions and tradeshows and generally promoting Houston. Other tasks will be assigned on an as-needed basis. Qualifications -Journalism or communications majors preferred, but all good writers will be considered -At least three feature writing clips for submission (preferably published but not necessary) -Able to work 15-20 hours per week in our offices in downtown Houston for a minimum of 12 weeks. -This is an unpaid internship opportunity *Application Instructions:
