Service Writer / Bookkeeper Job Opening in Cromwell, Connecticut - A new position has opened at our Cromwell CT emergency vehicle repair facility. We are looking for the right person to join our team full time M-F 8:30 - 4:00.
The position has very diversified duties including tracking costs on repair orders and preparing invoicing backup using excel, ordering parts online and occasionally picking up small parts, downloading vehicle diagnostic software updates, data entry into QuickBooks accounting software, and various office administration responsibilities such as answering the phone, ordering supplies and filing.
To join our team you must be a high school graduate with a valid Ct Driver's license, have excellent keyboard skills and experience using excel in an office environment as well as strong verbal and written communication capabilities. Most importantly possess a strong willingness to learn and grow into the position.
