Responsibilities
As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including: design, coding, integration testing, deployment and documentation. You will create and maintain new applications that are both internally and externally facing, relying heavily on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Prior experience designing and developing software solutions is expected.
Construct and maintain custom applications
Responsible for creating work estimates, technical project plans, and implementation plans
Work collaboratively within an agile project team
May assist in research on emerging development technologies, products, and processes
Follow best practices and coding standards
Grow your personal skillset as well as the skills of the team
Desired Skills/Job Qualifications
An associate degree or higher in a related area, preferred
Experience in front-end web technologies
Experience creating wireframes and visual design components a plus
Proficient in Framework and C#
Familiar with distributed architecture and relational databases
Experience developing custom software
Demonstrated experience in IT concepts and practices
Understands the software development lifecycle and is familiar with more than one approach to software development
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Good communication skills with a customer support orientation
Excellent problem solving skills
Desire to develop in an Agile environment
Experience with Agile methodologies a plus
