MPOWER Performance Institute represents a new paradigm in Personal Wellness by incorporating a medical approach to achieve optimum results. MPOWER coordinates our clients? fitness and wellness improvement through programs developed in concert with physicians, surgeons, physical therapists, personal trainers and dietitians. The Program Operations Manager is responsible for the facility operations and financial performance of MPOWER and ensuring high quality patient care, productivity, and compliance in all service lines.
Job Summary:
As a member of the MPOWER leadership team, to ensure our commitment to a high-quality level of service to our patients and coworkers, and our commitment to our core values, this role has many areas of responsibility. This role is responsible for hiring, retaining, developing, mentoring, training, measuring and supervising a high-level, productive team in the following areas: Personal Training, Nutrition, Therapy Billing, Customer and Financial Services, Massage Therapy, Sales, Marketing, Facility Maintenance, and assisting the Therapy Lead with Physical Therapy operations. In addition, this role oversees and ensures productivity, compliance and the physical plant and is responsible for process development. This role also measures productivity and performance by defining, monitoring, and analyzing key performance indicators, and then adjusts company strategy according to their analysis.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's level degree from an accredited university is required
Four-year Bachelor's degree or Master's degree preferred in Business or other related focus of study (ex: Healthcare Admin)
At least two years of experience in a physician's office, orthopedic setting, or management at a health and wellness facility
At least two years of management experience of 5 or more individuals
If a Healthcare Professional, must have current licensure in good standing
Extensive experience in healthcare is a plus
Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily training, nutrition, and massage schedules to ensure appropriate staffing for given volume requirements
Manage daily support team (Customer Service Representatives and Financial Service Representatives) for given volume requirements
Oversee recruiting efforts and participate in interview process
Oversee new team member onboarding processes and revise as necessary
Complete 90-day and annual performance reviews in a timely manner to ensure quality of staff performance and staff satisfaction
Manage payroll duties for team members under your direction
Ensure staff meets Healthcare Compliance requirements (OSHA, HIPAA, CPR, etc.) in conjunction with Personnel and Recruitment Coordinator
Participate in and help foster an environment of continued learning and pursuit of excellence
Facility Operations
Maintain all appropriate facility supplies and equipment; ensure all are in good order and appropriate levels
Review all purchase orders and approve all facility direct expenses
Ensure safety and proper operation of all facility equipment and maintain related records
Maintain facility to our standard of excellence in terms of appearance, cleanliness and order to create a clean, energetic atmosphere
Oversee facility protocol development and ensure all team members know how to react to emergency facility issues
Attend all leadership meetings and carry out assigned projects
Conduct daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly staff meetings to ensure staff feels fully engaged in our goals
Look for new products and vendors as well as opportunities for cost savings on an ongoing basis for training equipment, pro shop supplements, and facility/office supplies
Sales
Oversee all sales initiatives among all service lines
Establish monthly sales goals per service line and evaluate each month to ensure growth of our company
Update team members on current goals and progress and continually find ways to keep them engaged in attaining those goals
Determine areas where we are lacking in sales and develop initiatives to assist the team in reaching those goals
Marketing
Continuously review and ensure all marketing collaterals, both internally and externally, are updated and restocked as needed
Order and design giveaway apparel and ensure we have enough stock to meet demands
Ensure patient client testimonials are retrieved and ensure accompanying releases are signed by all patients/clients to be featured
Reporting
Ensure accuracy of all related daily reporting
Create monthly reporting to provide to owners and management team members
