Pella Windows and Doors is now looking for Trade Sales Representatives in our Central and Northern New Jersey locations. Job Expectations:
Independent self- starter with a strong competitive desire to achieve sales goals by providing well rounded solutions and market expertise.
The ability to create new business opportunity through networking, referrals, and face-to-face meetings.
Develop long lasting relationships with builders, contractors, architects, professional remodelers and trade organizations.
Thrive on Cradle to Grave ownership of the sales process, from the creation of new opportunity, blueprint takeoff, quote creation, bid presentation, sale, and service.
Devote over 50% of your time independently, in the field, meeting with current and potential customers.
Retail location responsibility including Thursday evenings and occasional Saturday hours.
Proficient computer skills required within CRM programs, Outlook, Excel, PDF
Willingness to accurately maintain a contact management system.
Continually strive for 100% Very Satisfied business partners.
