POSITION SUMMARY
Our Java Software Engineers play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of a wide range of ATS Secured web applications. By joining our team, you will be involved in all team activities, including planning, development, testing, and troubleshooting. The successful candidate will be an experienced software engineer with a track record of success in developing Java web applications. Interested candidates should have a solid history developing scalable web services, and must be able to work with minimal supervision on multiple, concurrent projects. This role requires good communication skills, working with fellow development team members, members of all other IT teams, and various business stakeholders.
Successful candidates will have experience working with one or more Java MVC frameworks, and should have experience developing interactions with relational data stores via SQL and ORM technologies. They must be dedicated to adopting and adhering to industry best practices, and should exercise sound judgment in ensuring web application security. Knowledge of web front-end technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript) is critical for this full-stack engineering position. Experience working with other languages is a plus.

Designs, configures, integrates, tests and deploys technology solutions that meet all necessary business requirements
Provides guidance for junior team members
Engages in ongoing expansion of technical expertise while promoting the stated product development strategy

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, or 4+ years of relevant work experience
Demonstrated successful software development experience
Must be motivated, accountable, and results-oriented
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines on multiple, concurrent tasks
Ability to work with various technical tools required to fulfill responsibilities
Ability to master new technical skills or adapt to new tools quickly
