Let it Shine Awnings & Solar Screens is a rapidly growing, family-owned company in the shading industry. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer care and going the extra mile. As we expand the business we are looking for a new Sales Representative to join our family.
Description
We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative for our line of exterior shading products, with a background in outside sales, B2C sales, and customer relations/service. This position starts as part-time with opportunity to grow into full-time. As an Outside Sales Representative you will:
Execute in-home customer estimates
Measure and guide the customer to choose the best shading solution for their home
Write up detailed estimates and contracts
Call already established leads to setup sales appointments
Follow up on previous estimates as appropriate
Work with the administrator to collect deposits and signed contracts
Maintain and build customer relationships
Staff Home & Garden shows to assist company in acquiring new leads (4 weekends/year)
Offer excellent customer service and care
In detail learn about all Exterior Shading products offered through Let it Shine Awnings
Responsible for Northwest Washington customer territory
Qualifications
Valid driver?s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle required
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Adobe Acrobat Reader
Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
Personal smart phone required; an additional company paid line will be added
Ability to adapt to a variety of customers
Organized, detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines
Experience in outside sales strongly preferred
Background in Exterior Shading Products most ideal, any in-home sales experience will be highly beneficial for success
Flexible schedule preferred
College degree strongly preferred
Ability to successfully pass a background check
Compensation
Commission based.
