Supervisor of Collections Job Opening in sacramento, California - Supervisor of Collections Supervisor of Collections The Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking a Supervisor to join our collection team. The successful candidate will assist the Collections Assistant Manager in all aspects of dept. operations to ensure maximum efficiency of all collection functions. Qualified candidates must have strong knowledge of credit union and collection rules, regulations and policy, excellent verbal & written communication skills, member relations skills, strong PC skills and a sound knowledge of the methods and principles of business administration. Knowledge of collection laws for real estate loans, consumer loans, bankruptcies, repossessions and negative accounts is a must. Potential candidates for this position must possess the following qualifications: � Have a high school diploma or GED � Two years in a supervisory capacity within a financial institution over seeing collection activities is desired. � Successful candidate will have to pass a background and drug screening.
