No climbing experience needed. Must have a reliable form of transportation, be willing to work a full work week, be able to meet the physical demands of the tree care industry, and possess the ability to learn quickly and take direction. Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check and must possess a valid drivers license - a chauffeur's license is preferred. The person qualified for this position will have the opportunity to be moved into a crew leader/foreman position within one year of employment. Starting compensation for this position begins at $12-$16/hour based on experience and on-the-job performance.
